Marika is a native of Krefeld Germany, which is located about two hours from Frankfurt Airport. She spend her childhood in Germany and attended school there till the end of elementary school. Her Parents had a love for adventure and moved to Fort Meade Maryland in 1979. Marika attended Mac Arthur Middle School and graduated from Fort Meade High School in 1984. After graduation she attended the University of Maryland College Park and Anne Arundel Community College to Study Microcomputers and Information Technology and earned her degree in 1988. Marika is a retired homeschool teacher and loves learning. Marika and her husband are active members at their church in Severn Maryland. A love for real estate is evident in Marika and John; having personally build three new homes between 1999 and 2004; renovated a fixed upper in 1990 and build their first new construction in 1986 when they met for the first time.
